Exchange Policy
Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may exchange it or receive a credit note within 7 days of the purchase date. Please review our policy below to ensure your exchange meets the criteria.

No Refunds

  • No Refunds: Please note that we do not offer refunds. Instead, a credit note to the value of the exchanged item will be issued.

Credit Notes

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a credit note, your item must be unused (unworn and unwashed), in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your exchange and issue a credit note.
  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit note. If approved, a credit note to the value of your purchase will be issued. We will email you the instructions on how to proceed with your credit note.
  • Partial Credit Notes: In certain situations, only partial credit notes may be granted (e.g., items with obvious signs of use, items not in their original condition, or items missing parts).

Exchanges

  • Damaged or Defective Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@cosabellaclassic.co.za with details and proof of the defect or damage.
  • Exchange Process: To exchange an item, follow the same process as above. Once the item is received and inspected, we will send out the replacement.

Shipping

  • Exchange Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for sending back your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Shipping an Exchange: To send back your product for exchange, please mail it to: 12A Cavendish Street, Claremont, Cape Town, 7708. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • Tracking: If you are shipping an item over R1500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your item.
